Ron Adelman was named Senior Vice President of Operations for The Capital Grille in 2014. Ron is responsible for overseeing operations for the brand’s 65 restaurants, in addition to The Capital Burger’s three locations, ensuring that both concepts deliver exceptionally distinctive guest experiences and achieve business results. He also plays a critical role in continuing to ensure that both brands build on their industry-leading retention and people-first culture.
Throughout his 23-year career with Capital Grille, Ron has held numerous leadership positions. He began his career as a restaurant manager at The Capital Grille in Miami in 1998, working his way up to Managing Partner. In 2004, Ron was promoted to Director of Operations and then Regional Vice President in 2012.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University.
